An electrical engineer in her past life, Meera Sriram now enjoys writing for children, teaching early literacy, and advocating multicultural children’s literature. Meera has co-authored several children’s books published in India including Endangered Animals of India: Threatened in their Own Homes published by MangoBooks. She is also the author of the picture book The Yellow Suitcase published in the U.S. Meera believes in the transformative power of stories and writes on nature, cross-cultural experiences, and underrepresented communities.
